Non‑delivery: You may request a refund if a Service has not commenced within seven (7) days of the estimated start date, unless we have communicated a revised schedule in good faith.
Partial delivery: If part of a Service is delivered, we may provide a proportionate remedy—typically as HypedX Wallet credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Completed orders: Orders that have been fully delivered and completed are generally not eligible for a refund.
Free/promotional items: Free credits, free Services, and promotional items are not refundable.
Policy violations: Accounts or orders in breach of our Terms or applicable platform rules are not eligible for refunds.
Before commencement: If you cancel before we commence work, we will issue a refund consistent with this Policy.
After commencement: Once work has started, cancellations are handled under the partial‑delivery or non‑delivery rules above.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method (for example, major payment cards) or to HypedX Wallet, at our discretion.
For select digital assets (for example, USDT), refunds—where granted—may be returned in the same asset and network, subject to applicable network conditions and fees.
